Roche, a global leader in Healthcare, sought to bring RPA to frontline business users. The Citizen Developer pilot program involved establishing a Citizen Centre of Excellence (COE), Governance model and Training program to upskill 70+ staff. Based in Canada, the pilot model was to be expanded globally.
The challenge was to create a bespoke training model to build excitement and quickly scale to upskill hundreds of business users while maintaining quality and satisfying security requirements.
