As part of an ambitious digital strategy, Peel Region has embraced robotic process automation (RPA) as a key lever to modernize its government operations. Seeking efficient and impactful change, Peel Region partnered with intelligent automation specialist, Reveal Group, and enterprise automation platform, UiPath, to empower employees, transform business processes, and improve service delivery to residents.
