Intelligent Automation (IA) is an industry growing exponentially with large numbers of organizations that have established dedicated IA programs – and already experiencing enormous impact from having automated processes across a wide range of functions. Despite the drive and growth of IA, scaling is still one of the major challenges because of factors relating to lack of oversight, risks associated with multiple sources of truth, and the inability to standardize quality and cost.
