Canadian Healthcare is still a very paper-based sector and Accerta are receiving 100,000 handwritten forms per month. Over the past 12 months, Accerta have transformed their highly manual form extraction process by using Intelligent Automation as the backbone to enable IDP for digitization, RPA for movement of data, BPM for handoffs for human review and intervention as well as an ECM for enabling archival and data integrity processes.
