Intelligent Automation (IA) is an industry growing exponentially. Many organizations have established dedicated IA programs and are already experiencing enormous impact from having automated processes across a wide range of functions. Despite the drive and growth of IA, scaling is still one of the major challenges because of factors relating to lack of oversight, risks associated with multiple sources of truth, and the inability to standardize quality and cost.
