The organization quickly identified the value that RPA (Robotic Process Automations) can produce in their day-to-day operations. As such, a long-term approach was employed to make sure multiple in-house deliveries were executed in a manner that reflected standardized best practices. With that in mind, Reveal Group focused on building a CoE within the company to facilitate multiple deliveries of automating processes (in conjunction with the client’s in-house team). Functions automated stretched from Risk & Anti Money Laundering to day-today Banking Operations. Blue Prism was used to deliver an end-to-end automated solution. The solution included standardizing the input variability, triaging emails, and identifying the appropriate means to communicate the necessary information to the customer. Additionally, reports were prepared to cater to ASIC regulations and manage internal workforce performance.
