Emphasizing their customer focus, the client required their own well-trained RPA Center of Excellence to scale the enterprise RPA program without continuous external support. Reveal Group delivered the “Blueprint for Scale” solution that consisted of all the capability components required for a successful and scalable intelligent automation program. Reveal Group worked with the client’s management team to create a tailored robotic operating model, specifically aligned to their strategy, enabling governance and scalability for all facets of the client’s intelligent automation program. Reveal Group trained and upskilled four staff members from the client’s operations to contribute to the CoE, from process discovery to delivery. The CoE will continue to present long-term benefits through strategic automation and process improvement identification.
