Aristocrat turned to intelligent automation to deliver on both of these goals, investing in a Blue Prism digital workforce that can scale and seamlessly integrate with company systems. No stranger to innovation, but new to intelligent automation, Aristocrat took a bold step to build a robust, internal Robotics Center of Excellence (CoE).
The CoE team built the architecture, trained internal teams and identified an automation pipeline. The first three finance process automations immediately met and, in some cases, exceeded the original scope of the project.
Aristocrat says adoption of intelligent automation is a strategic imperative and investment in technology and strong executive sponsorship led to early success. Employees have embraced their digital coworkers and together they deliver a stellar customer experience.
