Reveal Group implemented a solution leveraging Blue Prism, Hyperscience, and SharePoint. Using Blue Prism as the orchestration and downstream system input, the first process leveraged Hyperscience to digitize, classify, and extract information from incoming documents and SharePoint as a workflow platform for archival and exception remediation.

Accerta now processes 100K+ forms each month that are mixed between 50% via fax and 50% via mailed hard copy. The solution is forecast to automate ~60% of the end-to-end forms processing capability. In addition, the average case processing times have been reduced by ~73% significantly improving the client experience.
The scope of the project had three main objectives:

  • Establish a digital transformation process along with long term archival capability
  • Automate the input of extracted data into downstream systems
  • Deploy a workflow platform for Accerta resources that would facilitate the remediation of exception cases

The automation gave 15,000 annual hours back to the business by eliminating rework with accurate data extraction, providing operational insights with digitalized process metrics and volumes. Additionally, this solution enabled the archiving of client records via SharePoint.

Accerta, a medium sized enterprise in Canada specializes in operationalizing and administrating government social outreach programs. Accerta’s services primarily revolve around healthcare intake, eligibility management, claims administration and payments. Their organization set out to digitize and automate three dental insurance workstreams within their business: Claims, Enrollments, and Seniors Applications.
