    Our Premium plan helps you confidently scale RoboManager across your organization by providing additional functionality for customers than the Standard plan offers today. Premium includes customization, a 99.5% uptime SLA and 24/7 Premium Support with one-hour response times for critical issues.

  • Can I trial Premium before choosing to pay for it?

    No. New customers can trial RoboManager Basic for 30 days free of charge. If you are an existing customer or interested in RoboManager Premium click here to schedule a demo or speak to an expert.

  • What are my billing options?

    Most of our customers use a credit card to pay for monthly or annual fees. We also have annual invoicing. If you have another preferred payment method, get in touch with our Customer Success team.

  • What is RoboSuite Premium?

    Our Premium plan helps you confidently scale RoboManager across your organization by providing additional functionality for customers than the Standard plan offers today. Premium includes customization, a 99.5% uptime SLA and 24/7 Premium Support with one-hour response times for critical issues.

  • Can I upgrade to Premium from a Basic or Standard plan?

    Yes. If you’re an existing monthly customer, the Premium plan will appear on your monthly renewals. If you’re on an annual subscription, you will be required to pay the cost difference between your current subscription plan and the Premium plan for any outstanding months until your next annual renewal. Following this, the Premium plan will appear on your annual renewal.

  • Will the list price change if I have 50+ users?

    Yes. The current list price is only for instances with 21-50 users. As with our other plans, the average cost per user reduces as you add more users. To discuss using RoboManager with a larger user base, get in touch with our Customer Success team.

  • Why does RoboManager Premium cost more?

    We’ve developed key features that will boost the overall productivity of your entire automation team. Companies with customer critical automation operations and/or global staff are covered with a 99.5% uptime SLA and one- hour support responses around the clock.
