  • Can I access a free trial?

    Yes. We offer a 14-day free trials on the RoboDesigner and RoboReview bundle Small Teams plan, as well as the RoboManager Basic plan. You have a limit of a single user and 10 users during the respective trial period so you can experience what RoboSuite can do for your automation program.

  • What are my billing options?

    Most of our customers use a credit card to pay for monthly or annual fees. We also have annual invoicing. If you have another preferred payment method, get in touch with our Customer Success team.

  • Will the list price change if I have more users?

    Yes. The current list price is only for up to 50 RoboManager users and 5 RoboDesigner and RoboReview bundle users. As you add more users, the average cost per user reduces. To discuss using RoboSuite with a larger user base, get in touch with our Customer Success team.

  • Do you offer a discount for an Annual Subscription?

    Yes. If you choose an annual subscription over monthly, you will be charged for only 9 months instead of the full 12. That’s a discount of 25%.

  • What if I need help to get started?
