Improve healthcare operations by linking vast silos of healthcare data with automation.

In 2020, the US had 900+ Health Payers and 417 Health Systems with at least two hospitals. In 2019, 32% of individuals reported a gap in information exchange between healthcare providers. In 2021, CAQH estimated the US medical industry could have saved $9.8B, and providers would have saved 21 minutes per transaction through the full adoption of electronic eligibility and benefit verification.

It has become imperative for health providers, payers, and patients to improve communication, but with the volume of healthcare data doubling every three months, this is increasingly difficult. The medical industry has an opportunity to link vast silos of healthcare data, and government incentive programs for healthcare interoperability are stepping up. 25% of the 2022 Medicare “Merit-based Incentive Payment System” (MIPS) is based on promoting interoperability.

In this video, Josh Noble chats with Patrick Lovelace and Amy Salls discuss the importance of interoperability, especially when it comes to groups facing avoidable rising risks.
