Reveal Group applied and tailored a rapid, repeatable, and scalable process assessment framework (i.e., the Operational Diagnostic) to identify suitable candidates for automation and opportunities for process improvement.

In just six weeks, our experts assessed the work of 600 employees and identified 274 processes to be considered for automation. Upon further evaluation, 81 processes were selected for walkthrough sessions and 52 of these were identified as suitable for automation.

The Operational Excellence team’s lack of experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions enabled Reveal Group to step in and provide the expertise needed to utilize those technologies when building out their automation program.
